How to Subscribe to COS Sermon and Service Podcasts
First, what is a podcast? A podcast is an audio or video file that you can automatically subscribe to over the internet.
Among many, one possible use for this broadcast is to listen to it on your MP3 player or iPod. (iPod + broadcast = podcast)
It is possible for you "subscribe" to our services and sermons so that they download to your computer automatically, too.
To do this you must have podcasting software. Apple's iTunes is probably the best. Below are instructions for subscribing to our podcast with iTunes. You may download iTunes for free here.
Once you download iTunes, copy the URL from the box above.
Go to the iTunes menu, click Advanced in the menu, then choose "Subscribe to Podcast."
Paste the URL from above in the box when prompted.
iTunes will then download the files automatically for you each time one is added.
Once subscribed, the service or sermon will appear in iTunes as any regular music track. This means you can burn them onto CDs or put them on your iPods and MP3 players.
